I don't believe so... this is his first published appearance(?).
o9 is Jesse Legg. He used to live in Gainesville, Florida but he
moved down South... to Ft Lauderdale I believe. I'm very happy to see him
signed finally.
And for those who are interested, I've been told it's pronounced
`oh-nine' (little `o' and a `9')... not zero-nine as it looks like
sometimes.
